Description: Real nice 1/4” x 6” x 3/8” cobalt blue (or dark or navy blue might be a better description of color) pencil liners from the late 1940’s - 1950’s. This is not an easy color to find. These are part of USQTCO or USCTCO and The Sparta Ceramic Co’s Romany-Spartan line of tile. Both firms existed independently and eventually merged or one acquired the other. My primary reference is the 1959 catalog. See pictures. I still have a fair amount of these left, 48 still available, but they are selling like hotcakes.
