Rear cover: Has stain(s) on the upper right-hand corner; Has crease(s) on the middle; Has marking(s) on the upper left-hand corner. Binding cover: Has rip/tear(s) on the upper left-hand corner and upper right-hand corner.Binding Condition: Binding is loose along upper half and lower half; Binding is in good condition. Holding pages fine.Pages Condition: Are in good condition and have no obvious issues.Color of book:Book is colored black.Book Smell: Very Strong Strong Distinct Mild None Number of pages:80 total, 38 are filled outVery good condition book for it's age. The hand recordings are very clean and readable. There was a photo tucked in the book with very little description or time frame. I'll assume it was the leadership group possibly. Also the newspaper clipping was also found in the book and I can not figure the relevance of the clipping other than the wedding notice or the death notice of a I.O.F member.
