This combination of metals allows the Supersprox Stealth Sprocket to be much lighter than the stock steel rear sprocket without sacrificing longevity. Lightweight sprockets are particularly important on small displacement motorcycles. The ultra lightweight of aluminum sprockets is often heavily outweighed by their very short life span - especially on the street or off-road. Supersprox sprockets bridge the gap allowing a lighter-than-stock sprocket but still retaining excellent sprocket life.
