Description: Product Information These are NEW, come in cases of 100 from the factory, HOWEVER, during shipment, they tend to rub against each other, and have tiny scuffs on them, as all DVD cases do, but it really shows up on clear cases to the point where a person may think they are used. I can provide photos of the cases new in their factory boxes of 100 if someone does not believe this to be true after receiving their cases.
