This is for a RESIN 3D printed On18 scale narrow gauge two cylinder SHAY style steam tank locomotive kit #3. Cab-less T-boiler version. Gray body, buffers and side skirts. Brand new. This version has side tanks and a rear-of-cab mounted coal bin. Parts may need a little light sanding and/or filing in spots, but usually not. Just prime and paint as you wish. On18 is 1:48 O scale that runs on N scale track which, in 1:48, is 18" narrow gauge track. This is NOT the same as On30 or HOn30. 18" narrow gauge was mainly used in industrial settings, mining, etc Designed to drop onto the Kato 11-109 Pocket Line powered chassis ensures that this will be a smooth and reliable runner. It can also use the Kato 11-105/106/107 two truck chassis as well. DOES NOT include the Kato chassis. Kit includes the loco shell, 2x buffer beams, 2x side skirts, 1x oil tank insert (tank insert may need slight trimming to fit). Buffers and skirts are easily glued to the 11-109 chassis (see pic of similar chassis...preferred method) or they can be glued to the bottom of the loco shell. Snap the shell onto the chassis before gluing the buffers and skirts in place. On18 scale.These kits make an excellent starting point for building custom locos.
