The book was acquired over 40 years ago from an antiquarian book dealer. It is in very good condition for its age with a clear Mylar cover taped on by the book seller. The Mylar covered was not removed to photograph the book, but we did our best to examine the cover carefully and noted the condition below. Measurements: The book measures approximately 7-5/8” in height x 5” in width x 1-1/2” deep. The book weighs approximately 1 lb, 4 ounces. All measurements are approximate, but close. Condition: We carefully examined this item. There is pencil writing only on the plain end sheet page with notations by the book seller and the name ‘Miss Corner’ was written on the title page of the book (see photographs). The pages appear to be all intact and free of any folds, tears, stains, writing, highlighting and odors. The embossed hard cover is in good condition with fading noted to the spine. The head of the spine has a short tear and there is minor wear to the tail of the spine. The four corners of the cover have been bumped. The clear Mylar cover was taped on by the bookseller.
