Description: This toy is tin with a rubber head and hands, cloth clothing, and plastic wheel rim and knobs. Complete with chips, metal balls and plastic playing cloth. He measures 9 1/2" tall on a tin base that is 7" x 7 3/8". Load the balls in his mouth and they come out of his hand when lever is depressed. The other lever spins the wheel. No batteries required. The toy is in excellent unused condition. The chips and balls still sealed. Plastic playing field clean and not torn. The box has taped from the inside and has rough corners, however, it will still display well.
