Paint surface has brushstrokes and raised edges. The Back of the painting shows that the canvas board was purchased from Artists Supply Co. in San Diego, Ca, so this is probably a California scene. Looks old, maybe mid-century. Signed lower right. Size is 14 x 18 canvas size, slightly larger with heavy / sturdy dark wood frame. Ships via UPS ground, carefully padded and wrapped.
