This listing is for an original, oil painting on artist board, signed (in brown paint on lower right corner, difficult to see, but it is there) W.Frahme 1973. (William Frahme was born in 1896 in Germany and died in 1985 in Naples Florida. He lived in Ohio from 1960 and later moved to Naples Florida where he developed a distinct impressionist style.) The painting features a dark, wooded landscape with lush green grounds mixed with dirt water edges, mirrored stream with plant colors reflected, tall tree trunks in center with leafy branches high overhead, and dense woodlands in background, etc. This is signed on lower right with date. The painting itself measures approx. 16" wide x 20" high, has NO frame. When packed SECURELY for shipping, it weighs 2 pounds 14 ounces and box measures 4" X 19" X 24".
