Whilst overall it's in reasonably good condition for its age, please do check the photos and note:- 1 chimney, front door and one bench are missing.- most stickers are missing, however some are present in varying condition (garage floor one is intact but no longer adheres - included so you can glue it down if you wish)- I have given it a quick clean but there is dirt present in some corners - I didn't want to soak the whole thing and damage the remaining stickers- bathroom suite and kitchen cupboards included as pictured
