Description: Official Guide to the World's Columbian Exposition by John J. Flinn, 1893, First Edition, Hardcover. This Book is in Good condition but needs repair of the interior hinges. The cover is Good with very light scuffing at the corners (see photos) and a bit of soiling. The gold gilding is bright and bold. The binding is holding all the pages together very well but the interior hinges are torn and need restoring. The pages are in great shape with some tanning (see photos) . I see one page with a short tear at the base. No foxing, and No signs of moisture. Please Note: This Book does have a light odor of cigarette smoke. Please see the photos for more description.
