Description: Overseas Arrowman Association Green Zone Council Patch Silver Mylar Border These are not OA or OAA patches, but were donated to the OAA so I am listing them with the other OAA items I am offering. The Overseas Arrowman Association (OAA) was a group started in 1989 by two Scouters from the Transatlantic Council. Their goal was to provide service to the "overseas" BSA Councils and also allow those who had been members of one of the overseas OA Lodges to keep in touch. They did this by sponsoring reunions at National Jamborees and National OA Conferences. The group folded about 2019. To assist the new OA Alliance's efforts, the OAA is restarting. The two original goals remain unchanged, and a third goal has been added. That goal is to assist the OA Alliance in their efforts to identify OA members who no longer pay dues to the OA. What I am offering is the leftover merchandise from the OAA. No new merchandise has been created yet. All proceeds from the sale of this OAA merchandise will go to support the OAA's mission.
