Description: Brand: plain scarce multiple on cover Postmark; Christchurch CDS postmark Address; very neat hand Condition; very good for age and usage , odd marks and dents condition as per scan, please examine closely before purchase it is part of the description, The main catalogues for NZ FDCS is known as Jones or Crean, older pictorial NZ FDCs can be very scarce and hard to come buy, there was also often a vast variety of producers such as SMC, PD (Philatelic Distributors), Aotearoa - FJP Boric, Dignity Covers of New Lynn etc,etc covers were also produced by prominent NZ Dealers such as Stirling of Christchurch amongst others , some covers were also produced for the NZ market by Benham (UK) and Fleetwood ( US) occasionally you see NZ stamps on Australian FDC brands such as Royal and these many variations are collectable in their own right. I also use Auckland City Stamps (ACS) and Len Jury (LJ) when deciding on an accurate price/ market value, also knowledge of prices seen at auction and previous experience - I have handled in excess of 10,000 covers.
