RETURN/REFUND POLICY - There is no restocking fee if the item is returned unopened (sealed). If the package has been opened, a restocking fee will apply. Returns with a claim of "doesn't seem authentic" will not be accepted without this report. If you make false claims that we sell counterfeit goods, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. - Since we source our products direct from kate spade, all the products we sell are accompanied by the original manufacturer's warranty and come with the original manufacturer tags and plastic bags/packaging (where applicable). With the exception of sealed in bag items, we check our products to make sure they function as expected prior to sending them out.
