This is a cute Wizard of OZ set for Tommy as Mayor Munchkin & is a Contemporary item from 1999, therefore not found in the three volumes by Sarah Sink Eames, published by Collector Books a Division of Schroeder Publishing Co., Inc., copyright Sarah Sink Eames. The NRFB Wizard of OZ doll is in Mint condition& consists of: Tommy is so cute in his Leprechaun green outfit with his pocket watch & bow tie that make him look ever so important.He is wearing his very tall matching green felt hatThe purple elf shoes are just glorious!He's a LEADER for SURE! I will ship this in a cardboard package with no insurance. FYI: If you have need to make a claim & the USPS accepts the claim, you will receive the insured amount back; but, not the package itself.
