The position of the blocks and fork, and the strength of the spring are guaranteed to be accurate in every respect for the clock and model specified in The Horolovar 400 Day Clock Repair Guide. These are New Old Stock, and are still sealed. I did open a couple samples to examine, and even though they are old, they appeared to be in good shape. I have many packages of these, so the one you get may not be the exact one you recieve, but all are un-used New Old Stock from a clockmaker's estate.
