It is a peel off kind of decal and this decal can still be peeled and stuck to something and displayed or it can be framed like it is. The wrinkles should come out when decal is applied. It has never been used. Far from100% mint (nothing is to me) but looks cool when displayed as you can see with bold color and crisp graphics.....it could use a good cleaning. You would be hard pressed to ever find another one. Please look at all photos before bidding. Some imperfections but still a nice old gas station item. Photos show condition.
