This glove is for the RIGHT handed thrower as the glove fits on the LEFT hand ! The particular glove is perfectly broken in and it is game ready ! I’m thinking this glove is designed for baseball but I’m also thinking that it you wandered to use this glove for softball it would also work ! But that would be up to you ! The glove also has a great pocket as you can clearly see in the photos ! So once the ball enters the pocket of this glove it is not going to pop out ! Checkout the 4th and the 5th photo how the glove just wraps itself around a baseball and the 6th photo shows how the glove looks in the closed position without a ball in the pocket and the 8th and the 9th photos show how the glove wraps itself around a full size 12 inch round softball and the 10th photo shows how the glove can cradle 2 full sized 12 inch round softballs at one ! As far as fitting goes, this glove is a snug fit on my average adult size hand, it is tight in the finger stalls and slightly loose around the wrist ! The inner lining is in excellent condition and the glove is extremely comfortable to the hand and the fingers all the way up through the finger stalls ! There was a name written on the outer thumb area and I was able to cover this with a matching acrylic leather paint as best as I could and you can see this in the photos ! Other than that, there is no ink or marker anywhere on the glove ! You will not be disappointed with this glove !
