Description: Nippon Style Hand Painted Swans in Lake Enamel Jeweled & Gold Teapot Circa 1920s Nice porcelain teapot. Hand painted with white swans on a lake with white daffodils with raised gold leaves. With gold gilding along the rim with small gold beads and pink and turquoise enameled beads. Marked on the bottom Hand Painted Made in Japan. Probably made just after the Nippon era, circa 1920s. Has some wear to the gilding and one jewel is missing on the rim of the teapot, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 7 1/2 inches wide from spout to handle x 6 3/8 inches tall to the top of the finial. This is vintage and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. BTGX
