This camera takes great photos, and the battery life is astounding. (I've shot several weddings with it, and a single battery has at times taken me through the whole photo shoot! I simply love that battery!) I've done lots of commercial level photography with this rig, and have had no drawbacks with it. However, I will make mention that the video is rather old school with 1080 being the largest format it supports, and it's super difficult to pick up any sound at all. That being said, I suggest this camera is not for the videography, but rather for the serious photographer. A few of the buttons show signs of wear, the front mic rubber cover is missing, and there are a few other small scratched/defects here and there. (See Photos) My favorite lens to use with this Nikon D4 is the Nikon 70-200mm GII ED lens. The perspective the lens gave to the photos is simply awesome.
