Description: 1983 D Over S Doubled Mint Mark Penny Rare "Beautiful"! This coin comes to us in circulated condition. The doubling is clearly a D mint Mark over what looks like an S. I will have viewed this piece any number of times? And each time I'm reminded (there are only a few letters in a mint Mark)! S-M-P-(O & W maybe)? This looks like not only an S, but I think its reversed!
