Fantastic street level detail, naming countless specific businesses and institutions. Publisher's pictorial paper wrappers folded into panels, printed on both sides. Poor physical condition due to long splits along some fold lines which renders the map sheet nearly split into two parts. Item old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition. Paper gently age worn, slight rubbing, splits along fold lines, remains overall clean and attractive as a inherently fragile survival. Still attractive. The scarce ephemeral paper item displays a pleasing and unique age patina and overall is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
