The cloth at top and bottom of spine worn, with the cloth over the corners of the boards worn through. The cover and some pages are detached but are all present. Interior is clean and unmarked. Classified business directory for the city and illustrated with a frontispiece from an engraving, a fold-out map of the city as it appeared in 1782 (repaired with tape) and a one page map of the navigable portions of the Hudson River dated 1858. All thirteen listed plates, some protected with a tissue guard, are present and in good condition. Shipping weight, well packed is 2 lbs.
