This game is still brand new and factory sealed. The packaging is overall in good condition though does have some scratches, wrinkles, and small tears on the plastic wrap, though nothing really major and nothing which would effect the case contents. This game was made to be played on the Windows 3.1 or 95 PC operating system and on older Mac OSs so please make sure that your computer will be compatible with the game or you are aware of how to run older games on your computer prior to purchasing (sorry but I will not be able to take a return if the game has been opened and you are unable to get it to work on your computer due to incompatibilities).
