It is a soft shell case and fairly flexible but seems to offer good protection at the same time. There are no edges or parts of the case that are rigid or hard at all. Please refer to pictures to understand exactly what you will receive. Items pictured are what will be sent out. Actual system is not included, just used to show fitment on an actual system. The case being sold is not the one on the system, the one being sold is still unused and has not been put on a system. There is no retail packaging, but the only handling of the case itself was to take pictures.
