Description: Item is new with defects. Item looks hand painted so the color looks uneven esp on the blue surfaces. There are several craze lines of various length on the lid on all sides. The LED apparatus & one small area of the lid not visible from the outside when the lid is on the item have some light yellow glue marks on the small area which looks to be part of manufacturing process. There are some random dot like bumps and indentations on the item which look to be part of manufacturing process. 2 AAA batteries not included. Item will be shipped with the USPS Ground Advantage.
