They have a belted waist, zip fly and button at the waist. The leg is relaxed, almost flared at the bottom *about 7 inches. Not sure why on the back the cuffs are up (these were not worn or washed)...must have been foled in the closet that way. Waist is 13 1/2 inches from seam to seam. It is adjustable so can go smaller. Rise is 7 1/2 inches Inseam is 26 inches. This comes from my smoke free and smell free home. NOTE: I ship very fast- I do "click N ship" which means as soon as you pay, I do a label and my postal carried picks the item up at my door.
