Description: Up for sale is one (1) new genuine Franzen 1407 Buckle/Draw Latch replacement kit (Chrome / Silver). Includes latch and standard #6-20 (M3.5) mounting screws, but you may need to supply your own screws/washers or re-use your existing ones for some cases depending on thickness. The included #6-20 x 5/16" (M3.5x8mm) screws are for the main latch body, and the two slightly longer #6-20 x 3/8" (M3.5x10mm) screws are for the smaller catch piece. The first time you install the screws they will be tight as they are cutting new threads into the posts. This version of the latch is designed to be fastened from the rear (inside of your case). The smaller catch piece does not have front-facing mounting holes. Make sure your existing latch is the same style otherwise this kit will not fit. Compatible with Franzen 1407 key (not included, see my other listings).
