This features:The factory label on the FM Module is marked: MDL FM-2, PN 960505-01, REV B4The Installation Manual is marked: P/N 400506-03, Revision: A1, Date: April 25, 2001The CD is marked: “Motion Made Easy” Power CD, Model# CT-MME-POWER-CD, Part # 962524-00, Revision # B1, Date: March 11, 2002 This came in a lot of new spare parts that have been in long-term storage. The manual covers and CD cover have some light exterior cosmetic marks, but both are new and unused. The manual does NOT have any non-factory writing on it inside/out. The FM-2 Module is spotless and complete with both snap-on terminals. The terminal screws appear to be untouched.
