Binding age worn and with heavy old damp staining, book remains overall attractive as an object. Rare survival in any condition. Paper is toned, damp stained, centerfold detached. Still attractive on the shelf. The rare booklet displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in overall nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws which may be present seem easy to overlook or forgive.
