Description: Beds purchased from Mattress Firm in April 2024. Exchanged for slightly softer versions of same mattress after 1 night and <10 nights of use (2 daughters; 1 just returned from college). However, in interest of having sheets lie completely flat, I removed tags from beds, so upon what should have been free exchange, Mattress Firm policy is not to accept mattresses back without tags. After numerous unsuccessful elevation efforts with Mattress Firm over several weeks to make policy exception, I need to sell mattresses through other channels and take a loss. Mattresses were purchased for guaranteed low price at the time of $3,329 each. Best offer to be accepted as I’d like these mattresses removed from apartment sooner vs. later! 1 mattress has since been sold, so only 1 remaining mattress. Thanks!
