Description: Up for sale this week is a Very Cool 2006 Florida Gators BCS National Championship Trophy. This is an Exact smaller version of the one that was given to the Gators for winning the 2006 National Championship after beating #1 and Undefeated Ohio State 41-14 in the First Ever Tostitos BCS National Championship Game on Jan 8, 2007. By Florida winning this Championship game Florida becomes the first school to ever hold both the basketball and football national championships at the same time. This trophy is about 1/5 the size as the teams trophy. This trophy is identical to the Big one down to the Crystal Ball. This Trophy is aprox 12 1/2 inches high and has "The Coaches’ Trophy" at the top. The Trophy is very solid and heavy. The trophy has the exact same wording and detail as the actual trophy Florida was given down to the BCS logo at the bottom. At the top of the trophy is a flat mirror where 3 prongs hold an actual Real Crystal Ball. But this crystal ball isn’t worth $20,000 as the Ball that Coach Urban Myer was holding up. If you want the Same Exact Trophy but smaller and don’t want to spend $60,000.00 for one this Trophy is for you and could be yours. If you can’t afford $15,000 for the real rings this picture makes a nice alternative. This trophy will certainly make it the Centerpiece to any Trophy case or collection unless you happen to have a Lombardi or World Series Trophy lying around the house. This is one very recognizable trophy and as soon as anyone sees it they know what it is, it’s almost as well known as the Lombardi and to those who follow College Football more than the pros it is even higher on the scale and could be the Holy Grail next to the National Championship Ring!!!! To give you an idea of how big this Florida Trophy is in the picture of the 3 Championship Trophies the there is a 2002 Ohio St trophy (which is the exact same size as the Texas trophy) is set together with a Real Full Size Super Bowl Lombardi Trophy and a Real Fiesta Bowl MVP Trophy that was given to the MVP Player. Both “Footballs” on these trophies are the same size as a regulation size Football. I understand that some people are buying these trophies and ordering a custom nameplate from a trophy shop with their favorite team or school and placing it on top of the current Florida nameplate. Or if you want to celebrate your teams past Championship have a new name plate made for an older championship. It’s totally up to you. This Trophy is Brand New and comes in the Original packaging that the original manufacture sent them to me they were shipped in a very sturdy box with custom fitted Styrofoam so that the trophy fits perfectly and it won’t get damage in transit.
