Description: Up for sale is a vintage Neopets Black Kougra Plushie from 2005. Condition is preowned. While the plush itself is in nice condition, the tag has a rip on it as viewable in the pictures. The paw where the “Neopets” logo is stitched also isn’t completely flat. The plush also does not come with its original tags.
