Author Biography Simon Dawes is Senior Lecturer at Université de Versailles Saint Quentin en Yvelines (UVSQ), France, the author of British Broadcasting and the Public-Private Dichotomy: Neoliberalism, Citizenship and the Public Sphere (Palgrave Macmillan, 2017), and the founding editor of the open access journal, Media Theory. Marc Lenormand is Senior Lecturer at the Université Paul Valéry Montpellier 3, France.
