Description: This is a rare set of Native American Paleo Indian artifacts, including a large mortar and pestles, all handmade in Franklin County, Indiana. The provenance of these artifacts is available, and they are a must-have for any collector of Native American culture. These artifacts are from the pre-1600 era and are a testament to the skill and artistry of the Native American people. The mortar and pestles are made of high-quality materials and are a true representation of the Native American culture. They are perfect for display in any home or office and are an excellent conversation starter. Don't miss out on the opportunity to own a piece of American history. Very nice 3 piece set! In a heart shape even. 1 pestle and one round grinding stone and plate/bowl. Lots of markings from the maker and his work getting this stone shaped into something to serve him and his family quite well for years to come. Lots of patina on all the pieces. I found these all in same location on the same hunt within a couple feet of one another and all were mostly on the surface although they weren't always. Flooding and eroding made them present themselves to me enough to feel comfortable excavating the remaining covered parts. I found them in 2021 on Duck Creek Road of Metamora Indiana that is within Franklin County Indiana. Bonus artifacts included with ALL purchases I don't refuse reasonable offers ! More listings to come thru out today and remainder of week. Still have some great deals and sales running. Be sure when looking at items to see if there is a discount with a coupon code.
