Description: Native American Long Hair Hopi Kachina Doll by Sam Tewa This piece was part of my dad's collection. Seems to be in pretty good condition - but there was some previous damage (broken top feather), I re-glued the top feather. Some wear to body - some paint has rubbed away in spots as seen in the pictures. Artist is Melvin Sam Tewangoitewa (Sam Tewa) from the Lower Moenkopi village near Third Mesa. Size: approx. 11" (H) x 3" (W) x 2.5" (D) Signed on the bottom by the artist - "M S Tewa, Long Hair"
