It has been thoroughly tested on my large N scale layout and performed flawlessly. It runs smooth and quiet, all lights work including the ditch lights and are strong and bright. This unit looks spectacular on the layout, and operates perfectly at prototypical speeds utilizing the Atlas scale speed motor. It is currently in its factory DC configuration but can easily be converted to DCC with the appropriate decoder of your choosing.
