Records are not found alphabetically. As an example, if records for all your doctors start with "Dr", then the FIND button can locate all the "d" (or "D") records and the first record found will be the last record that was saved. Your main password, which is part of the encryption algorithm, can be as long as 50 characters. A shared cypher text file cannot be restored without the password for that file. These files are stored on your computer and can be distributed, then restored by the recipient using a password assigned to that text file. Great for business applications where groups of people store personal information in a shared folder. Only the password holder can restore their files to plain text.
