Screw on in conjunction with a 80 grit sanding drum or for longer lasting an aluminum oxide grinding stone. Just insert your cells in either the left side of the attachment or for cells with glue, tape, or silicone residue... on the right side that has a wider diameter to compensate a wider thickness. Rotate cells back and forth for a few seconds for each of the terminal sides. Thus, cleaning spot welded left over nickel plated steel tabs without damaging the outer cell jacket.
