Description: Here is a 70' combination Diner/Passenger car that the Pennsylvania Railroad has converted into an auxiliary Maintenance of Way support car. The car is used but in great shape. The "MOW" was added by myself via a waterslide decal. It is only on one side! The original roof color was originally bright silver. I have repainted the roof a grimy dark grey to look more like the MOW cars that were staged in the P.R.R. Renova yard in the early 1960s.
