Mt. Washington Antique Burmese Art Glass Vase Hand Enameled

Description: This auction is for a fabulous antique Mt. Washington Burmese art glass vase, hand decorated with swirling leaves and flowers. The decoration is all outlined in raised gilt. The colors are incredible with that wonderful pale yellow and pink background with green leaves, orange and tan flowers with yellow and persimmon highlights. The vase has a gilded rim that is in good condition. This gorgeous vase measures 9 1/2" in height and was made by Mt. Washington Class Co between 1885 and 1895. This piece can be located in "Mt. Washington and Pairpoint Glass, p. 207, fig 9-44. PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept returns because an item "does not fit" or because the buyer "changed their mind".
