Description: The MSI GE63VR 7RF Raider is a gaming machine that still holds up today in 2024. With a mobile GTX 1070 with 8GB of VRAM, some older triple A titles run smooth and with low settings, it can run modern triple A games. The i7-7700HQ keeps up with the cpu requirements on most games. While it does not have the most powerful specs of today, it is a great value for the price if you want to get into gaming without breaking the bank. This unit has two problems, one is that some of the keys pop out such as the A D, and N key. The A key also sometimes gets stuck, but it can be pulled out and fixed the membrane part flips upsidown occasionally. Pictured is the A key sinking in, none of the other keys do this only pop out. It does run a little hot, like most gaming laptops out there, so be warned. I highly recommend this for someone who has an extra monitor or keyboard lying around to avoid the keyboard and heating issues. Other than that it is an excellent laptop that has lasted many years.
