The note is heavily circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease and rust stains, areas of discoloration, other foreign substances exist on this); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (some small tears may exist); very heavy surface wear (many areas of fraying exist); one larger center hole and some smaller holes exist.
