Movie Tilting Set Up? Parts(?) WDL (home movies)

Description: A Savvy Ebayer tells me this is not Large Film Format camera parts, but a "Movie Tilting Set up for home movies. The rods thread into the larger frame and the smaller carriage slides int the rods to adjust back and forth toward the screen. The movie camera is mounted on the carriage". One section of the main piece says WDL. No other marks other than one piece that says Made In Japan. I am unsure how many of these pieces belong together. One of the legs (that fit together in 3 pieces) says Griffold 99. No visible scratches or damage. Found in my father's house when we were downsizing and cleaning it out. Please ask any questions prior to bidding/purchase since this is a no return sale (unless the item is significantly different than described).
