Description: The light seems dim, and the sound volume is low. The screen bezel has cosmetic wear. Is just as pictured. Anything not shown is not there. (i.e., no battery door, manual, clip, etc, etc.) I cannot attest to the accuracy of the frequency posted on it. Some of them have been changed. Confirmed to power on, emit sounds, the display functions, and the buttons function. I don't know how to test it further. The end user may want to reset the unit.
