Description: Hi, up for sale here we have a 1974 Motobecane Le Champion 12 speed road bike. This bike was second in the Motobecane line up just below the Champion Team. This is a full Reynolds 531 frame and fork and it is super clean with very few scratches. I bought this as a frame and fork and sourced all the components over a two year period. Most everything is period correct thanks to a lot of research and cataloge photos. Components are: Campagnolo Nouvo Record derailleurs, cranks, headset and hubs, NOS Universal Super 68 brakes/levers, Mavic G40 700c rims, 3t stem and bars, NOS Brooks Pto saddle and a NOS Sugino two bolt Campy look a like seat post. Dimensions are: seat tube 24.5" ctc, top tube 23.5" ctc, standover height is 34.5" and weight is 22lbs. This bike will be delivered with new Cane Creek hoods, stainless cables & appropriate housing. Local pick up is required. If you have any questions or would like close up photos of anything I will be glad to help. Thanks for looking and good luck.
