The earrings are design in gold gilt brass with faux red carnelian and jade art glass beads, faux baroque pearls, and accentuated ice clear rose montée and gold gilt brass bead caps. The head of the earrings are leaf shaped, molded and decorated with ice clear rose montée. The red carnelian art glass beads in the dangle is approximately 20mm and decorated with gold gilt fleur de lieu filigree bead cap and faux jade rondelle beads, also accentuated by gold gilt filigree bead caps. The green faux jade rondelle beads are approximately 10mm x 15mm.The small faux baroque pearls are glass with white nacre. They are approximately 10 x 12mm and 1 x 2mm.The earrings fasten with paddle back clips and both are signed “HASKELL”. These earrings have soft rubber pads on each clip back for comfortable wear. They may be removed.The beads and brass accents used in construction of the earrings are of the best quality and contribute to its smooth finish, exquisite beauty and well preserved condition. It will appreciate in value over the years if gently worn and carefully stored. DIMENSIONS: All measurements/weights are approximate. Measurements are taken at widest and longest pointsEarrings: 4½”L x 1¼”W. The earrings are fairly heavy and each weighs a whopping 21 grams.CONDITION: Please note this is pre-owned 1950's vintage jewelry. It is family heirloom and belonged originally to my mother. It has been in storage in a dust free temperature controlled climate since I inherited it. The earrings have been gently worn, and the set is in well preserved condition. I have closely examined them and the ice clear rose montée on the head of the earrings are all in well preserved condition. They are all sparkly and bright. The faux jade, red carnelian beads and faux baroque pearls are also well preserved with no peeling or stripping. I cannot find any notable, flaws, however, please take a look at the pictures as I may have missed something. Additionally, please remember this is vintage jewelry which has been worn, it may have flaws I have not noticed, however, I believe you will be pleased with purchase even more when you see how well preserved and lovely the colors are. MOST VINTAGE PIECES ARE FRAGILE DUE TO AGE and should be gently worn and handled with care. NOTE: These are part of my personal collection of vintage costume jewelry by Miriam Haskell. It has been in storage for years and may need a small amount of cleaning. Most of my Haskell pieces have been gently worn, a few are unworn.
