Description: This was a guidebook from my grandmother's library. She was born 1893 and her older brother by 2 years died from the 1918 flu epidemic. 5 by 7 by 1/2 inches- 120 pages It is a one of a kind- signed- with maps. It's in near perfect condition- has the maps in the back pockets. It is signed by H Scotti who wrote this guidebook. The title is Three Hours in Pompeii complied with the description in Bulwer Lytton from his "The Last Days of Pompeii"Published in Italy by De Luca Gentile - Edited by A. G. Caprani Full of beautiful photographs. A bonus- 2 dried flowers and a leaf. I have left the in the book where they were placed. I cannot know if they were actually from Pompeii however.
