There are a few small creases at the bottom corner of the front cover. Some of the pages have a little edge-wear at the corners, but are otherwise clean, tightly bound and unmarked. The book is a pictorial review of the aftermath of this famous tornado over Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota, and other areas in in 1965. A scarce local history.
