His 2021 season with his new team in Aston Martin, started off in much the same fashion as his latter years at Ferrari ended, with four pointless races, including a "classified" retirement in the Emilia Romagna GP. His season improved from there however, with the German netting Aston Martin's maiden F1 podium with second place at the 2021 Azerbaijan GP, and second on the road at the 2021 Hungarian GP until being disqualified from the results with a fuel sample issue. He finished 12th in the standings on 43 points. On 28th July 2022, Sebastian Vettel announced his retirement from Formula 1, leaving the sport at the conclusion of the 2022 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, where he finished 10th for Aston Martin.The model features Sebastian's stunning looking Aston Martin AMR21 car as it appeared at the 2021 Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. It comes in the racing green livery it adopted with a small pink stripe on the sidepods in nod to the team's former guise as Racing Point, as well as secondary sponsor BWT.
